With a total of 10 production lines, including 5 refrigerator lines, 1 chest freezer line, 1 music refrigerator line,2 front loading washing machine line, and 1 top loading washing machine line.

The factory uses a full set of top-grade equipment to guarantee the production efficiency and product quality. Including Vacuum Thermoforming machine COMI from ltaly (40s/unit), Robot arms Yaskawa from Japan, Foaming machine and mix head Hennecke from Germany (650 foamed units/hour), automatic connection manipulator, German Toxing box folding Machine, Automatic Grease slathering machine，etc.

Driven by core systems such as SAP, MES, DMS and Business Integration Platform, the company's manufacturing system is highly integrated, and the level of intelligence and information is at the leading level in the industry.
